David Thomas Hodge II, age 63, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at Beaumont hospital in Dearborn Michigan. Dave was born December 20, 1960 in Kirksville, Missouri to David Hodge I of Plumbers Ville Arkansas and Alice Sutton of Kirksville Missouri.

 

          David was an avid outdoorsman enjoying anything that has to do with the outdoors, such as camping, hiking, and fishing, He had a green thumb and liked gardening. He loved spending time with family and friends; sharing his expertise and experiences with others. He excelled at anything he tried to do making him great at num-chuks, archery, darts, pool, and so much more. He loved animals having all kinds of pets, from scorpions to horses and everything in between. He was never one to back down from a challenge. He always encouraged people to be their best.

 

          Dave is survived by his two daughters Lisa Hodge and Debbie (Chris) Wigtion grandson Michael Wigtion. His five sisters (Nina (Jeff) Phillips, Karen Hodge, April Butler, Crystal (Kevin) Vahle and Vera (John) Woods, along with several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by Wife Amy Lynn Hodge (Ghearing), Mother Alice Sutton (Beddingfield), Father David Hodge I and Sister Margo Beddingfield.
